PRICING

Custom cookies start at $72/dozen and can increase based on the complexity of the designs requested. Quotes are custom to each order request. The final price depends on the intricacy of the design, how many designs, and how many colors are used, among other details. Extra packaging details will incur an extra cost. Minimum order for custom cookies is one dozen, which includes a maximum of three different designs. Please contact me no later than two weeks before your event. You can request a quote by clicking "Contact" in the top right of the page. Full payment is due in advance to ensure your booking. Filling out the order form does NOT reserve your date.

My calendar fills up quick, and I am routinely booking 4-6 weeks out. Please be ready to pay for your order; if I get multiple requests for the same date, priority will go to the order that is paid for first.

For holidays and other special occasions, I may offer set designs. These cookies will be set prices and designs cannot be altered or changed. Prices will be listed under Current Sweets.
ORDER PICKUP

Orders can be picked up at my residence in Titusville, FL (32780) at the date and time that are agreed upon. If orders are not picked up within 24 hours of the agreed upon date and time, your order and payment will be forfeited. If anything changes, please make sure to contact me ASAP to make accommodations.
DELIVERY

Delivery can be arranged during the evenings and weekends, depending on my availability. Minimum order of 2 dozen. Please contact me before placing your order to verify availability. Delivery charges are as follows:

$15 within Titusville or Mims

$25 within a 25 mile radius

$50 within a 50 mile radius

Free delivery for orders of 10 dozen or more.
SHIPPING

I am now able to ship within the United States. I only use UPS.

Shipping charges are based on location and size of order, and can change at any time.

On average, shipping cost is around ~$15 for within the state of Florida, and $25+ out of state (for 2 dozen).

CANCELING AN ORDER

Cancellations will be addressed on a case by case basis, however, custom cookie orders are non-refundable. Payment can be used as a credit for a future order to be used within 1 year of original event date.

If there is an emergency on my end and I am unable to fulfill the order, a full refund will be issued.

If for any reason a customer is not satisfied with an order, please reach out within 3 days. At that point, the situation will be assessed and we will come to a resolution together.
CHANGING AN ORDER

Requests for changes to either designs, quantities, or dates must be submitted at least 7 days before agreed upon pickup/delivery. Changes are NOT guaranteed and will be made solely at my discretion, depending on my ability to accommodate the request.
